Less regular pop up bar

Due to the overwhelming success of what the bottle shop has brought to their shop on Druid street, it has been decided that dedicating so much time to just one brewery was no longer workable.

We will be making appearances at the bottles shop throughout the year, but to make space for all the new up and coming breweries from around the country, we will not be there on a regular basses.

You can however come visit us at our very own brewery open days. Watch this space for more details.

07/02/2015

On Saturday 7th February we are bringing our beer, our beery selves and our party hats to the Bottle Shop. This pop-up we're making all the more special since we are celebrating the anniversary of our first ever brew and will be serving bonanza-style beers on the bar upstairs. We also won't be returning every month but rather every other month, since more breweries shall be popping up at the shop. Another reason to make this time around even more special! We will serve Weird Beard upstairs whilst the Bottle Shop guys will have an equally awesome range of other beer downstairs.

Our smashing line-up is as follows:

Little Things That Kill Batch 10 - 3.9%

We've tweaked and with pride can say, bettered the recipe for our refreshing, go-to session Pale Ale. We will be serving this special batch for the first time at the Bottle Shop.

Holy Hoppin' Hell Batch 6 - 9.5%

Each time we brew our Holy Hoppin' Hell, we use the same grain bill but different hops to create an imperial IPA that will give you the hop fix you both love and need. No different this time, this batch has a heavy dose of mosaic, chinook and amarillo. With all that hop flavour to boast, this is a beautifully citrussy IPA that we're launching at the event.

Sadako - 9.5%

We're always happy to have our girl Sadako representing! This impy stout is dark and rich: bold coffee notes are balanced with a touch of sweetness from molasses and honey. Yummmmm...

Ardbeg Barrel Aged Boring Brown - 8.2%

Last but by no means least, we're bringing a barrel aged version of the beer we first ever brewed on 13 Feb 2013! To celebrate the 2nd year anniversary of this event we've got Boring Brown Beer (formerly called Single Hop Chinook) that has been aging for 10 months in Ardbeg whisky casks. Expect peatiness on top of sweet malts and resinous American hop bitterness.
